Once you are on our mailing list you will receive emails regularly with great investment deal's. If you like the look of a particular deal follow the instructions on the email for reserving the deal. All deals will also be available live on our website daily. To reserve a deal from our website is very easy, just select the deal and pay holding deposit of £500. Refundable - Subject to T&C's

We will send new deals via our opt in email service. If you're not on that list, you're missing out.

How It Work's? - Our Process 
If You Find a Property That You Like Either On Our Website Or Through Our Email Alerts, And Would Like To Proceed, Please Get In Touch Or Reserve The Property Online.

We Then Have A Discussion And Run You Through The Property Details, ROI Figures, Pictures etc.

If you want to proceed, we will send over Terms of sale and an invoice for the finder's fee (Holding Fee Deducted If Reserved Online) 

Once we received the signed terms of sale and payment we then arrange a call to disclose full property details. 

We then instruct the selling agents who the buyer is via email. 

The selling agent will then contact you with a request for documents and information. We will never request document’s be sent to us. The only person that will see you personal information is either the agents or if direct to vendor, a solicitor. 

Property is marked SSTC 

The purchase process goes through as a normal sale 

We then take a step backwards and let you deal directly with the agent

Once we know sale is going through, we will send you our Corporate Lease Agreement for your guaranteed monthly rental payments.

First Payment From My Social Home Ltd is made 30 Days after Completion of Lease Agreement.

You Will Receive Quarterly Updates From On Your Investment.

We Will Give You 90 Day Notice At End Of Contract For You To Consider Your Options Or Continue With New Lease Contract.
